Basic Life Support

Course Overview

This course will give you information on what to do in certain situations that you might come across whilst providing care. It provides basic information on emergency first aid including the recovery position and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is recommended that you attend a full first aid training session once every 3 years. As this is basic emergency first aid the certificate is valid for 1 year but it is a very good refresher with a lot of details.
