Course Overview
This course covers legislation, the Eatwell Plate, dietary requirements, malnourishment and dehydration, information on some foods that might affect medication, food hygiene principles, personal protective equipment (PPE), the handwashing technique, information on different illnesses and how to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.
