Course Overview

 This course covers information on legislation relating to moving and assisting, musculoskeletal disorders, risk assessments, the spine and ways of protecting it, moving and assisting techniques and some different equipment you might come across. It will help you carry out moving and assisting manoeuvres in a safe manner and encourage independence with your service users.
